Material production
Pelletizer equipment, the raw material is chopped, add other raw materials, change the color and performance of pe, such as toughness, hardness and other properties, re-stretching, chopping, into particles, ready for the next process.
Material Grinding
Plastic granules need to pass through the grinding machine and be ground into powder form to meet the production requirements of rotomolding equipment.
Material molding
LLDPE powder material in a closed mold, the mold 360 degrees tumbling, through the high temperature heating of the rotomolding machine, so that the material attached to the inner wall of the mold, forming the product shell.
Main body foam filling
